I have been going for several months now for fully body laser treatment and have seen a significant difference in my hair growth. I have been to two other professional laser hair removal companies and did not see the change in hair growth as I have going to Nita Med Spa. In most areas (legs, arms, Brazilian) my hair has thinned significantly and is coming back patchy. I have no hair growth in my underarms and mustache which is so pleasing for me because I've had a mustache since I was probably 7 years old. Hahaha! The staff is very professional and courteous. I have enjoyed getting to know them during my treatments. I would recommend anyone go get an evaluation and try their treatment.

I booked an appointment for my wax ahead of time and the day of an HOUR before, the receptionist calls and says “there’s nothing they can do” and “would you like to reschedule for a later date?” right before going out of town. It’s super unprofessional for the waxer and careless on the receptionist’s end. Definitely won’t be a returning customer.

Customer service was fantastic! The staff are so kind, sweet, and their answers to every of my concern regarding the procedure are direct and informative. Just got through my 2nd session of full body laser hair removal and Shavani was very mindful of my pain tolerance, therefore the treatment was painless. I also started to see some unwanted hair falling out within the treated area. Can't wait for the final results and I would definitely do business with them again!

Place is impossible to reach. And what is even more alarming is that after trying to call them to schedule my already paid for service, for several days.. I drive to the place during their business hours and they are closed. I am actually sitting outside the place now which says they should be opened but they are closed. I would not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! NITA MED SPA BOTCHED MY NOSE BEYOND REPAIR!I went to Nita Med Spa and was treated incorrectly for removing broken capillaries from my nose. Prior to my visit for said treatment. I asked the lead esthetician if their laser equipment is safe. The lead esthetician assured me it was safe and to not worry. The lead esthetician ambushed my entire nose. Nita Med Spa destroyed my nose tissue with their laser treatments. The main esthetician used lasers to damage my skin tissue past the dermis layer. In return for their incompetence and negligence. I am now left with permanent scar tissue and holes all over my entire nose. The lead Indian esthetician failed to use the proper laser treatment on my nose. Nita Med Spa practices unsafe procedures that will result in permanent skin damage. I do not recommend Nita Med Spa for any laser treatments. These people are amateurs at best with no real-world knowledge on how to remove broken capillaries from the nose area. Without permanently... damaging one's skin. The pictures do not lie. To date, Nita Med Spa has done nothing to compensate me for the damages they have caused me. I hope more people read about my terrible experience with Nita Med Spa. Please avoid Nita Med Spa if you value you skin. Seek services elsewhere from proven industry professionals. You have been warned.read more

Nita and Shivani are wonderful. A little far for me but very worth it. I hope they keep their prices low as I’m going to go back for many more treatments. Venus legacy here is great! Thanks for being so sweet Nita!

I worked in a medspa for over 7 years and have high expectations. All my treatments have with Nita so far, but the other 2 girls are great and very knowledgeable. They have the Hydrafacial which is my absolute favorite and few places do them (Like Microdermabrasion with no downtime and infuses serums and hydration into the skin). Signed up for the membership so I can do it monthly or choose other services. So they definitely met my high standards. Highly recommend to anyone!

I really enjoyed my experience here. I used a Groupon to get the spider vein treatment. I barely got the treatment yesterday so my veins are still blistered from the treatment but I can already see the difference. It's going to take 8-12 weeks for the veins to disappear so I will have to give an update on the results then. The treatment is a bit painful but the technician was super sweet and encouraging. She made the experience more enjoyable and she made sure I was comfortable. I plan on returning to get the hydrafacial treatment and laser hair removal.

Elysian knows about skin for different ethnicity, which is hard to find. She also gave informative tips on how to heal dry skin.

I found Nita through Groupon. Did a whole year full body laser hair removal session. AMAZING customer service. Very happy with the staff and no complaints in the whole year I visited them. I had to reschedule a couple of my appointments and they were always so helpful. Very professional and they make you feel very comfortable

I had an appointment for a Brazilian wax today and it went very well. I had the pleasure of Nita assisting me and she was very patient and gentle. I also love how easy it was to make an appointment and the staff was very sweet 😘😘. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for great service!!

I had three encounters with 3 different staff members and each staff member was wonderful! They seem to be down to the science for the BEST results when it comes to spider vein treatments. Follow all their instructions and you will be satisfied! I also love the technigue they use as in cooling gel and they rub after 2 zaps with the layer so it doesn’t burn or hurt as much. They are very thorough. I highly recommend!

I bought the one year laser hair removal package, and Nita has always been extremely nice to me and very cheerful. She has been careful and always makes sure that I am comfortable, and she is so easy to work with! The place is clean, and they always have snack sized chocolates on the table in the lobby area! I recommend this place to anyone who wants laser done! Awesome place!

I had a one year laser removal package and every single treatment was a good experience. The staff is so nice and caring, professional, and the facilities are very clean. From beginning to end, I felt cared for and any and all of my questions were always thoroughly answered. I highly recommend Nita Med Spa!

One word, Amazing! I originally bought a Groupon for my birthday and tried this place out since the reviews were superior. Nita who is the owner is so sweet and kind! She did my facial and she was very knowledgeable about all the products she was using and she would tell me step by step what all she was going to do. I loved this place so much I bought the monthly membership and now come here once a month. I highly highly recommend this spa.
